I began my career as a scientist before moving into quality systems management, where I discovered a love for building reliable structures and mentoring people. Today, that same foundation shapes Branán Collective, where I design grief and pain programmes with compassion and structure, and develop Continual Professional Development (CPD) courses that bring greater understanding and care into schools, workplaces, and health settings.

A 10-week programme blending small-group and 1:1 support. Gentle yet structured, it honours grief without rushing, offering guided themes, a companion journal, and integration practices that help you carry loss with steadiness and shape a new rhythm in life.

Pain Management

Group sessions to help you live more easefully with pain. Using evidence-based tools, nervous system regulation, and compassionate guidance, you’ll find steady practices that support both body and mind.

Continual Professional Development (CPD) Courses
